Join us for 3 days of singing jazz and enjoying the beautiful seaside town Haapsalu. The course takes place during the Taff Jazz Festival, and you can enjoy various artists on the evenings of July 18th and 19th. 
We are welcoming singers interested in jazz, and we are open to all levels!
The minimum age limit is 18+, but youngsters 16+ are welcome to join with a parent or a guardian.

The course will take place in English, and during the three days, we will focus on: 

• jazz repertoire

• vocal technique, storytelling, and rhythm

• developing a personal sound and musicality

​

You will be coached by inspiring and internationally recognized singers and teachers Susanna Aleksandra Veldi and Josefiina Vannesluoma.

THURSDAY, 17.07

• 9.00 leave for Haapsalu by bus (or arrive the previous night). Get there by 10.40
  It will be a long day, so grab a snack to have in the bus or in between workshops!

• Workshops 11.00 - 12.00
  Meet and greet, voice warmups and circle singing with Susanna Aleksandra.

• Workshops 12.15 - 13.30
   Embody the Rhythm with Josefiina

• Song masterclass with Susanna and Josefiina 13.40 - 15.10

• Lunch, check in to hotel/ accommodation

• Workshops 16.30 - 18.30 
  The Natural Rhythm in the Lyric with Josefiina

• Dinner

• Jam session/ open mic at a local bar 20.30 - 21.30

  Performance practice, communication with the accompanist, expression

• Lunch & getting ready

• Final concert 16.00 - 17.00

• Free time for dinner, hanging out and enjoying the festival

Return to Tallinn - buses leave frequently. Participants arrange their own return travel. We recommend booking your tickets here.
